You cannot just go to a museum, see something that you like and expect that a local artist has the same skills and can achieve the same results. The same goes for a surgeon. Seeing one doctor's results does not mean the next one will have the same skills. This is much more than what tools or techniques the artist is using. You really need to see just what that artist sculptor is capable of creating.
